Guaranteeing the best choice for the client is our duty. As registered architects at the Order of Architects and PPC of the Province of Milan, we are responsible for administrative acts and for our technical decisions on site, and we represent your interests towards the contractors and suppliers involved throughout the entire process.

KNOWLEDGE

The first meeting is fundamental.

Understanding your needs, your tastes, and your budget is the first essential part of our journey together — just as it is for you to get to know our passion, our competence, and the consistency of our solutions.

A questionnaire is the tool we will use to get to know you, and your answers will be the foundation on which your project will be built.

THE PROJECT

A precise site survey will then be carried out, along with the first design studies for the solutions we will propose.

We will hold meetings, comparisons, reflections and revisions.

We will grow together, and as our mutual understanding grows, so will the project: light scenarios, colours, materials and furnishings will be added — not as separate elements, but as integral parts of the spaces and of the home’s architecture.

THE SOLUTION AND THE CONTRACTOR

We will then arrive at a solution that satisfies us, and at that point we will be able to produce the first bill of quantities for works and furnishings — essential for requesting cost estimates from contractors and furniture/complementary suppliers.

This step is also fundamental: only with a project and a bill of quantities can contractors prepare comparable proposals. Contractors should not decide what works are needed and what are not: we decide together what is necessary, and the companies will only need to tell us their costs.

THE FINAL DESIGN AND THE CONTRACT

Once we have identified the contractor to whom the work will be awarded, it will be our task to complete the design with the technical and detailed information needed to allow the contractor to update their proposal accordingly. At the same time, together with you, we will define all materials and models for the finishes, so that the offer becomes final.

We will then prepare the contract documents, with the goal of giving you the highest legal protection, and we will handle the administrative documentation required by public bodies to obtain the permits necessary to carry out the work.

THE WORKS AND THE CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGEMENT

The works will begin, and we will update you regularly with reports from our site inspections. Some meetings will also take place directly on site to jointly check the progress.

It will be a long journey depending on the choices made.

But it will also be a journey without interruptions, since we will have already defined everything together before starting — and that will be the guarantee for respecting your timeline and your investment.
